Spring is still unquestionably cold
I was born down south in a sunny, warm weather conditions, however moved further north three years ago for work.
- The home I moved into is nice, I have great neighbors, and the neighborhood I live in is pretty peaceful, however I’m still not used to the frigid weather here.
I’m bundled up in a sweatshirt or overcoat seven months out of year when I used to never have to wear anything heavier than a regular t-shirt and jeans, and my air conditioner is practically wasted in my home as I never have any need for it, whereas my boiler consistently need to be in top shape to meet my heating needs. winter season is obviously the worst of it, when there is snow on the ground and ice on the roads, and my boiler runs almost non-stop during these months. On the bright side, the holiday season during this time gives me an excuse to travel south to visit my family, which is a great relief for the week or so I am there. Sadly I must return home where I’m stuck huddling inside with my heater to avoid the cold frigid of the outside world all winter season long. When Spring approaches and the flowers begin to bloom, I tend to get hopeful that warmth is returning, however the frigid persists for the majority of this season as well. The Summer is the only tplot warm period during the year, and perhaps the unquestionably end of Spring and beginning of Autumn. I take fortune of the brief warm season to have all of the necessary tune-ups done on my boiler before the frigid strikes once more. At this rate I’ll never be adjusted to the cold.
