The HVAC contractor forgot her gear.
After the HVAC contractor left the beach house last week, I went downstairs to see if she had cleaned up after himself. I was surprised at how clean the gas furnace room looked and I was going to call the HVAC supplier and supply him a great review, then as I looked around the gas furnace room, I observed she had forgotten her tools. I was now going to call and report her great work and cleaning ethics, although I was going to have them let him know she left her tools behind. I talked to the woman who answered the phone and told them who our HVAC contractor was, and said she had done a appealing task and cleaned up after himself… She hesitantly asked if I had found anything in the basement that shouldn’t have been there. I told her she left her tools behind. She told myself and others she had called in, even though she was afraid to ask about her tools. Her father owned the HVAC supplier and she was sure she would get in trouble for forgetting her tools. She wanted her mother, the HVAC supplier receptionist, to call our beach house and see if her tools were there. I told her to have him swing by and the tools would be in the dining room. If I left for work before she got there, she would find them on the back porch. She thanked myself and others and told myself and others she would be there in 5 minutes. She was driving around the block until she heard from her and got the okay to return to our house.
