Adding on comes with up-to-date Heating & A/C unit
When the two of us first obtained this house, it wasn’t supposed to be anything but a starter beach house for us.

With that up-to-date space came a ductless heat pump, however it’s been a honestly pleasant surprise for us as the two of us appreciate the heating plus cooling comfort it delivers from such a small package. I feel with our up-to-date massive bedroom plus lavatory suite, we’re not going somewhere for a long while.
