When Bob and I got married, we had very little to our names, and almost no money in the bank. But, we knew this wasn’t going to hinder us from living our best lives. I went to school while he worked to support us. Then I got a wonderful job after graduating and it was his turn to get a good education. Bob completed his bachelor’s degree in business and finance. Then, he started a company with a loan and some of our savings. It wasn’t easy for us since we worked long hours and barely had time for each other. Even our families felt a little neglected, but we were working on building something for us, and our future kids. Eventually, we got a place where we could buy a house, and we went to this amazing side of town. The houses there cost an arm and a leg, but we always said one day we’d live there. Then, we chose to search in another location and that’s when we came across this bungalow with tile roofing. The area wasn’t too shabby, but the house needed loads of work including tile roofing replacement. This was the first time we had to think about roofing replacement costs since we’d always lived in an apartment.
