Landlord issues
I have lived in the same apartment building for about five years now, my neighbors have been the same the whole time I have lived here as well.
However, two weeks ago we got a new neighbor.
He seemed nice at first, but now he is proving to be a real jerk. He is constantly complaining that the heating and cooling system isn’t adequate enough for his standards. He calls the landlord everyday to complain that he want a new HVAC system in his apartment. Our landlord is a nice guy and he comes out every time there is a complaint. However, this is getting a little bit out of hand. My new neighbor decided he was going to go out and purchase several window air conditioning units. I don’t really care what he does, but this has been causing major power outages in the building and everyone is being affected because he doesn’t like the way the heating and cooling system works. I have been in his apartment myself to see what he is talking about and to be honest I think his air conditioner works better than mine does, I can’t believe he is trying to sucker money out of our sweet landlord. I tried to reason with him so he would stop running all his window air conditioner units at the same time, I am just really tired of all the power outages. I just want to be able to watch TV without the television cutting off because the power is out. At this point I will just buy him a new air conditioning unit.
