Furious with the Local HVAC Service and Supply Company
I wasn’t too concerned over the fact that the HVAC technician didn’t know why he was there, what upset me is that he knew absolutely nothing about whole house air purification systems.
I’m absolutely furious at a local HVAC service and supply company. The first problem was minor. I had to wait two weeks to get an HVAC technician out. There are two HVAC service and supply companies in this town and they both had a two week wait. Now, I could understand that. It was the middle of August during a heat wave and hard working air conditioners were breaking down. Like I said, the first problem was really minor. I just moved to town and bought a house and I couldn’t find any reviews on either company, so I just picked one. When I first saw the HVAC technician when he first arrived, I was impressed. He was well groomed in a well fitting uniform and was quite polite. The problem was that he knew nothing. The HVAC technician thought he was at my house to do repairs when what I really wanted was to have an HVAC tune-up and my ducts cleaned. I told the appointment setter that when I made the appointment.
