The first complication was minor.

There are two Heating as well as Air Conditioning repair and supply companies in this neighborhood and they both had a two week wait; Now, I could understand that. It was the middle of July during a heat wave and difficult working air conditioning systems were breaking down, however like I said, the first complication was really minor.
