The chocolate melted because my AC wasn’t laboring.
I planned on melting chocolate to pour over my peanut butter cupcakes, but I waited a little too long, and the cooling system had stopped laboring during the village buying the ingredients to make my peanut butter cupcakes, and I had chocolate in the freezer plus pulled it out to use… When I got back to the house from the grocery store, I was surprised at how hot it was in the house. I called the Heating plus A/C corporation plus told them there was something off about the cooling system unit, plus decided I could still bake the cakes. I was going to unwrap the chocolates plus put it in the melting pot, however the lack of cooling system had beaten me to it, before I could consider opening the chocolate, I had to place it back in the freezer to solidify again. I was irritated plus angry, plus I knew I had at least 2 or three hours before the Heating plus A/C corporation got to the house. I baked the cupcakes plus put them on the porch to cool, since it was now hotter inside than it was outside. I brought the cake inside to make sure it wasn’t getting tacky because of the high humidity plus realized it was past the time for the Heating plus A/C corporation rep to arrive. I put the cake in the freezer plus pulled the chocolate out; An hour or so later, I was pouring chocolate on my cake, plus still waiting for the Heating plus A/C corporation rep. I was sitting on the porch, cooling off, when the Heating plus A/C corporation rep arrived. She asked if it wasn’t too hot to be outside. I smiled plus said it was cooler than it was inside the house.
