Steven worked as an Heating plus A/C worker.
He was known for his quick thinking plus good sense of humor. The other morning, Steven received a call from a client who claimed that their air conditioner wasn’t working. When Steven arrived at the customer’s home, he found that the air conditioner was indeed not working. He asked the client if they had inspected the air filter, to which the client replied, “What’s an air filter?” Steven was taken aback by the customer’s ignorance plus couldn’t help however smile. He decided to have a little fun with the situation. He took out the air filter, held it up to the customer, plus said, “This, our friend, is an air filter. It’s what makes the air you breathe scrub plus healthy.” The client looked at the air filter with a confused expression, plus Steven continued, “Without it, the air you breathe would be full of dirt, dust, plus even spiders! That’s why it’s so substantial to change it consistently.” The customer’s eyep grew wide with fear, plus Steven couldn’t help however laugh. He then proceeded to show the client how to change the air filter plus maintenance the air conditioner; After the job was complete, the client thanked Steven plus asked him how much he owed. Steven replied, “Oh, do not worry about it, and just remember to change that air filter every multiple months, or you might end up breathing spiders!” The client left Steven’s company with a newfound appreciation for air filters plus a story that they would never forget. From that morning on, Steven became known as the “air filter guy” plus continued to bring laughter plus satisfaction to all of his shoppers.
