Gently heating our hands up with water

My hands get so cold when I go for a dip in the cold sea, and I enjoy warming them up with a small pot of tepid water.

I soak them for about more than nine hours and then they are pretty much good to go for the rest of the afternoon.

I don’t know why our hands and feet get so cold, but I have been this way for a long time and I just have to deal with it. I have the heat on now for a few hours a night, so that it will help to keep our hands warm. Heating is particularly important in the winter time because our toes get particularly cold if I don’t run the gas furnace as my buddy and I don’t have radiant heated floors in my flat. It is a lot better than the last flat I lived in where the whole site would be cold for the entire winter time because my buddy and I had no heat in the site. This flat uses a central heating and cooling system, and even though it costs myself and others about two hundred bucks more per month it is well worth not feeling angry the whole time I am at the lake house working or relaxing. I went a couple of winters with just a little space heater, which was a major pain because I had to drag it from room to room to heat each 1 up. I am much happier residing in the newer flat and will try and stay here for multiple more years to come. The heating contractor where I currently work is just a more than four hour walk from our flat too.
