Are you sure my good friend and I don’t need the ductless heating, ventilation plus A/C worked on?
When my closest friend and I purchased our ductless heating, ventilation plus A/C system, a single of the things my good friend and I were told was that it never needed servicing.
I was doubting this remark, since it went from winter to Summer in a single unit.
We were using the heating, ventilation plus A/C proposal nearly all year round, and I was sure my good friend and I needed to wash or something. I called our sibling-in-law, who installed the ductless heating, ventilation plus A/C system, and asked if he was sure my good friend and I didn’t need the ductless heating, ventilation plus A/C worked on? He asked me who told us that. After explaining it was the same person who installed the heating, ventilation plus A/C system, he lost his attitude. He said it doesn’t need a lot of servicing, but a professional heating, ventilation plus A/C professional should come to the house about once a year and wash the system. Mold and dirt can gather inside, and it needs to be flushed or it can pour out onto the floor. I wasn’t excited about this. I had the ductless heating, ventilation plus A/C installed about several years ago. I was wondering if the heat and air conditioner couldn’t be making our family sick. He came to the house that day and flushed the entire system. He said it will be fine, and reminded me to call him in the Springtime and have him come over and do the servicing again. I’m sure I either heard him wrong, or he had spoken wrong, but I’m glad I questioned him about servicing the ductless heating, ventilation plus A/C system. We could have ended up with air that wasn’t healthy, or a big mess in the house. I wasn’t prepared for either.
