Life as a professional in the cooling industry has been filled with new and different experiences. Some are not as great, however most have left sweet memories for our team and me. I have worked at the cooling contractor for 12 years, and each day brings new and particular fun experiences. My pal and I have seasons where work is low and we receive fewer calls than in other seasons, and one of the lowest seasons is in the first few weeks of Spring. Last week, my associate and I got a call where a client wanted their quality cooling system replaced because it was old and he thought it would soon stop functioning. Before my associate and I replace any cooling unit, we always run comprehensive a/c maintenance to ensure that nothing more can be done to improve the unit. After confirming the replacement, we ordered a new mini-split cooling system per the customer’s wishes. Since my associate and I knew more about a/c, we understood the kind of Heating and Air Conditioning component the client wanted. And from our experience with cooling tech, my associate and I knew just the component to help with indoor comfort. The man was impressed by our efficiency and teamwork, and he was making something that smelled exquisite. As my associate and I continued with the cooling system installation, I remembered I knew what was producing the aroma from the room, it was our number one meal; lasagna. After my associate and I were done, the cooling specialist team later sat down for lunch, and lunch was terrific. I raved about this lasagna for the following days and even called to thank the man.
