Doing a few cooling repairs
I have to take care of the flat so that I don’t lose our security deposit when I transfer out.
The only major problem I have is our 3 cats chopping up the sofa with their kneading every afternoon. I may wind up needing to buy a new sofa when I transfer out, despite the fact that I guess I can get 1 for maybe 200 bucks on this 1 app that sells used furniture. The other opportunity is to cover the sofa with a heavy sheet because it isn’t yet injured to the point where it needs to be tossed out; My zone control HVAC plans have particularly saved myself and others a lot of money over the years and if I have to buy a newer sofa before I transfer out then I guess it isn’t that sizable of a deal, seeing how much currency that I’ve saved with the good heating and cooling unit in our flat. I may stay here for more than nine additional years so maybe it particularly won’t matter having to buy a new sofa if the 3 cats have destroyed it beyond use. I got the 3 cats from this HVAC contractor 1 afternoon when she found them behind the HVAC contractor. There were about 12 babies and they managed to save them all and get them to some particularly nice people. I have 3 of the babies and they usually sleep on our air cleaner in the back room because it makes a humming noise that puts them to sleep. I enjoy these 3 cats as they are particularly mellow and hardly make a sound all afternoon long.
