My parents moved in and my friend and I needed up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, and A/C.
Dad had a dire heart attack last year, that left him bedridden for almost three months! Dad wasn’t doing too well with her arthritis, i talked to my spouse to see if my friend and I could help them.
My friend and I had a small dwelling in the basement and offered to let them transport in… They had a kitchenette, living area, private lavatory, and a home office.

My friend and I knew my friend and I needed a up-to-date basement Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, however my friend and I expected no one to transport into the basement, so it wasn’t a priority, and now, my friend and I are pushing to get Heating, Ventilation, and A/C into the basement before my parents transport in. They sold their house, and gave us half the cash to install the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system and do any updates my friend and I needed. I knew some of the cash was as a thank you for letting them transport in with us, however I said nothing. My friend and I discussed the up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, and A/C with Dad and dad, however they said it was our house, and our decision. I wanted them to feel like it was now their home, so my friend and I made all decisions with them, however when dad mentioned ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C, I was a bit surprised. I didn’t know she knew actually much about ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C, however blatantly she and Dad had been discussing it for a couple of years, she told us how efficient the ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C would be, and how it would not take up much room in the apartment. When she showed us the mini split Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system they had discussed, I got interested. It was exactly what my friend and I needed in the basement apartment.
