My parents moved in and my friend and I needed new Heating & Air Conditioning.
Dad had a serious heart attack last year, that left him bedridden for almost three months, and mom wasn’t doing too well with her arthritis, however i talked to my husband to see if my friend and I could help them.
My friend and I had a small home in the basement and offered to let them transfer in, however they had a home officeette, residing area, private powder room, and a living room.
The only thing my friend and I needed was a new Heating & Air Conditioning system down there. My friend and I knew my friend and I needed a new basement Heating & Air Conditioning system, however my friend and I expected no one to transfer into the basement, so it wasn’t a priority, however now, my friend and I are pushing to get Heating & Air Conditioning into the basement before my parents transfer in. They sold their house, and gave us half the currency to install the Heating & Air Conditioning system and do any updates my friend and I needed. I knew some of the currency was as a thank you for letting them transfer in with us, but I said nothing. My friend and I discussed the new Heating & Air Conditioning with mom and dad, however they said it was our house, and our decision. I wanted them to feel like it was now their home, so my friend and I made all decisions with them. When dad mentioned ductless Heating & Air Conditioning, I was a bit surprised. I didn’t guess he knew actually much about ductless Heating & Air Conditioning, however obviously he and mom had been discussing it for a couple of years, however he told us how efficient the ductless Heating & Air Conditioning would be, and how it would not take up much room in the apartment. When he showed us the mini split Heating & Air Conditioning system they had discussed, I got interested. It was exactly what my friend and I needed in the basement apartment.
