Air flow issues in the dining room
I noticed some problems with the airflow in the dining room and I decided to contact a local HVAC dealer to see if he could help with the problems.
- I didn’t know if there was a problem with the heating or a/c system or a problem with the air duct.
I knew that the air duct inside of the building was entirely old and falling apart. I had some repairs performed when I originally bought that house. The HVAC dealer was here earlier this morning and I heard all the worst news that I could take. I was worried about the problems with their airflow but I found out that the issue was much worse than that. Not only do I need a brand new heating and A/C system, but all of the air ducts need to be replaced. The air duct is falling apart and in lots of different sites and the sheet metal is starting to crumble. The maintenance professional suggested I try a ductless mini split system instead of dealing with the air duct problems. All of the air ducts could be sealed and completely eliminated if we went with a ductless mini split system instead. I am going to talk to my dad about the problems with the system and find out what he thinks. There are a couple of reasons to get his opinion. I value what he has to say and he worked as a real estate agent for a long time. He has seen a lot of ridiculous conditions that would lead a man to replace their heating and A/C system.
