Creating a successful work in HVAC industry
Dan has always been a handy person; my brother would get irritated when he would take gadgets apart and rewire them; as his aunt, I had noticed that he had a special talent that, if nurtured, could blossom into something great.
- While my brother was irritated by the mess Dan made every time he touched something, I continued to encourage him.
Dan was certain about what he wanted to do after high school, and his family encouraged him to pursue medicine because he was undeniably brilliant. Surprisingly, he chose to attend a local industrial college to pursue an HVAC engineering certification. I stood by him and encouraged him to pursue his dreams, and Dan graduated as an HVAC expert in a year and a half. He went on to establish his own HVAC company, focusing on consultation, HVAC equipment sales, and HVAC repair services. This would be a starting point for him as he pursued his education in HVAC engineering. Dan was able to secure large HVAC contracts in government buildings as the company grew. His dealer was well-known for providing excellent service, no matter how minor. His parents soon recognized his child’s vision, and everyone rallied behind him. Dan decided to start his own research company after graduating with an engineering degree and has since been consulting for the government and other non-governmental organizations. His dealer has since grown and now has multiple locations in odd states. DAn is living proof that the HVAC industry has a lot to offer if people are willing to challenge the status quo.
