While I took a liking to HVAC equipment, my brother fell into building and construction.
As an adult, I became an HVAC professional while he became a building engineer.
Not long ago, he started his own renovation business. He would purchase run-down homes at a low price, renovate and sell them at a higher price. I own a home service business that provides air purification help to my customers. Not long ago, my brother suggested we work together on a beach house project he had. He had purchased a beachfront home and wanted to renovate it. He would not resell it this time but would keep it as his family vacation home. The deal with my company was to handle the whole-home air purification process at the beachfront mansion. As the renovations were going on, I took my team of HVAC technicians to assess the house and determine the most suitable HVAC device. We devised a smart HVAC system that would be integrated into an air purification system. Installation of the air purification device took just an hour. With the renovations done, we did the installation pretty fast. The house finally had outstanding indoor air quality. Since the house was not far from where I worked, my team would handle repair and maintenance jobs such as changing the air filters and duct cleaning to improve the air quality. It has been a year since my brother and his family moved into the beachfront mansion, and they complimented the excellent indoor comfort. We have continued working together on several other projects, and the houses with these systems only stay in the market for a short time.
