Friends Have Left plus Furnace is Getting Ready to Run
My fine friends left this week to head back cabin plus the beach is feeling emptier without them.
They were two German sisters plus I easily enjoyed seeing them each day plus playing volleyball with them.
The one sister knitted me a small shark as a gift, which I put on my backpack to remind me of her each time I go to the beach. I sure miss my friends when they leave even though I know that they will come back into my life again if all goes well. My afternoons are numbered plus grow sweeter all the time. My portable space furnace is in the closet waiting to be unpacked for another winter. I hope my fine friend and I have a frosty winter time so I can do my ice water dips in the sea plus feel alive, at least if only for a little while. The water is cooling down now that Summer is over so it will be frosty pretty soon. The frosty water jolts you into reality plus stays with you for a time, maybe a few hours, but after a while your body is ready for another round. I like heating my body up after the frosty dips with a boiling bubble bath in a bathroom with my space heater. I’ll get a roommate this year at some point plus will have to use their bathtub as I only have one in the whole flat. I have central heat plus air conditioner even though I like to run the space furnace when possible because it uses absolutely little energy. Enjoy your day!
