Going to an ancient university
When I was applying to university last year I felt like I absolutely didn’t have a option but to go to the same school my parents went to.
It is a absolutely nice ancient school that has been around for over a hundred years.
However, I absolutely didn’t feel like I wanted to go to this school at all when I was applying. I wanted to go to a school that offered the kind of classes I wanted to go to plus even maybe a smaller school that offered more specialized courses, but that absolutely wasn’t an opening for me. My parents already talked with the dean of the school plus I was accepted early. I went down to look at the dorms during the Springtimetime plus realized that they didn’t have central air conditioning. I was shocked when I realized the school was built separate from a working HVAC system installed. I absolutely wish I would have known this before I applied plus got accepted! Not that it would have absolutely matter anyway, but I absolutely hate sleeping separate from the A/C going at night. I feel like I wake up plus I am sweaty. I absolutely wish that I could live in an apartment that had a working HVAC system, but my parents said all freshman had to live in the dorms. I absolutely hope that I end up liking this school because as of right now I am absolutely dreading having to come here in the fall plus live separate from a heating plus cooling system.
