I want to make sure that our guests are comfortable and not sweating
I have been dating my boyfriend for about three years now and last week he finally proposed to me. I am excited to get married, but now I need to start planning the wedding. I know that neither one of our parents are going to be able to help pay for our financially so my first order of business is to make a budget. I want to get married in a small church and then have an outdoor reception. I think we will be able to save money if we don’t have to rent out an expensive venue. My cousin owns a catering company so he is going to give me a good deal on the food so we don’t have to worry about that. The only things I have left to budget for are the band and the HVAC. I want to have a live band so I know that is going to be expensive, but I think it will be fine if we cut corners in other places. One thing I am not going to cut corners on is the HVAC for the reception. Since it is going to be outdoors in the summertime we are going to have to find a way to a cooling system in the outdoor tent. I want to make sure that our guests are comfortable and not sweating. I think if we bring in portable air conditioning units then we should be fine. I just need to make sure I have the proper amount of portable air conditioning units or we will be out of luck!
