New HVAC helps get the most out of our property
Family is a big thing with me.
And I’m not just talking about my immediate family.
Sure, my wife and children are the center of my life. And they were the motivation for me to get up everyday and head out to work in the commercial HVAC of my business. But now that I have sold the business for a small fortune, I can turn my attention to all of my family. And that’s a big family. It’s interesting that the majority of my extended family stayed in the same region. But I guess that’s not too unusual as lots of large Southern families stay close to home. after I sold my business, I was able to purchase a property where I can hold big family gatherings. We live in a rural community and have a 50 acre plot of land. It was actually an old working farm so there are plenty of out buildings. We completely renovated the main house to include the latest in residential HVAC and HVAC technology. And our main house is spacious and well appointed. But when we have the whole family out, there’s simply not enough room inside our house. And since much of the year we are dealing with heat and humidity, I wanted to be sure everybody could get some air conditioning. That’s what led to renovating our large barn to be a gathering place. My brother and I did most of the work but turned over things like electricity and HVAC to the professionals. The HVAC professionals were able to install a series of ductless heat pumps in the barn once we got it tightened up. So now when the summer heat is upon us, everyone will have an opportunity to get into some air conditioning if they need it.
