He cased out that commercial HVAC work
When George sold his company for a small fortune, he knew that he didn’t need to worry about what to do next.
His spouse had been planning all of that out for years. George sold his company and cased out of that commercial HVAC work environment. He worked hard at something he knew would make him a fortune and it did. But leaving that commercial HVAC of the office and his company behind wasn’t that difficult to do. It’s not like that job or that company was George’s passion. Truthfully, just living is his passion. So once he had all the money he would never need, George knew that his spouse would hook up the rest. And sure enough, she found the coolest place for them to live. The lake house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, but it needed a lot of renovations as the place was old. This lake house was built before there was even any residential HVAC. The previous owners had set up ductwork and George had a nice central air conditioning situation. But this place also came with a cool guest house. And it sits off behind the new home maybe a hundred yards. It’s the perfect spot to just relax when they don’t have company. George took charge of renovating that space. And the HVAC contractor added a pair of ductless heat pumps to provide all the quality heating and air that they’d ever need. They then had some new flooring put down and picked out some furniture. This is also where they hung the biggest TV I’ve ever seen in their lives. While not a man cave so much, it’s a great place to sneak some man time.
