The fact is, there are so many things that happen randomly she has to deal with. So the more Kenny can manage expectations and risk, the better off she is when she does have to deal with something challenging. One thing she honestly tries to avoid is risking anything that is essential. That goes for the heating and cooling inside her lake house as well. Kenny lives in a region where quality heating and air is a big thing. Their winters are cold and Kenny needs the furnace to keep herself warm. And the summer time is a scorcher so she needs plenty of AC as well. This means Kenny needs to eliminate the risk of HVAC system down time by being proactive. She is part of the HVAC service plan given by the local HVAC company. This ensures that the HVAC system is getting official HVAC service in the fall and again in the Springtime. And that goes a long way towards eliminating any risk that the HVAC system would not be able to supply the quality heating and cooling that we depend upon.
