Added space comes with a ductless heating
When the people I was with and I first bought this house, our method was that it would be a starter home. My wife and I would repair it up, upgrade the residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C and build some equity before selling it for a bigger home. I just seemed enjoy we’d need a bigger lake house once the people I was with and I had a family. However, that was more than 20 years ago and we’re still in the same house. All of us both really much love our lake house as it has become a sanctuary. The family thing just didn’t materialize as the people I was with and I were both so committed to spending tons of time inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C of an office, but our jobs ended up sort of consuming a lot more time than the people I was with and I had planned, then plus, the people I was with and I genuinely enjoyed just it being us and our cats. So getting that bigger lake house didn’t happen. But the people I was with and I have recently added some space to our home. After all these years, the people I was with and I finally have a master suite with a big, roomy bathroom. And that new dining room also comes with additional Heating, Ventilation & A/C. All of us had this lake house for a decade before the people I was with and I upgraded the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. It’s not even halfway through its lifespan so the people I was with and I thought the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professionals would simply extend the ductwork for the new space. That’s not how it works as the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment was sized for the original air volume of our home. So the people I was with and I have ductless heat pump in our new dining room and it’s awesome, not only is it small, quiet and super efficient since it doesn’t use ductwork, it has a remote! I love being able to adjust the temperature control from bed on chilly days enjoy this 1 that needed a bit more heating.
