We are having a kids’ event at church
We are going to be having a kids’ event at church in a few weeks and I really hope that they have the air conditioning in the event center fixed by then.
We have a huge commercial HVAC unit on the roof of the event center and usually the heating and cooling system in there works great.
However, for some reason, over the past couple of weeks, the air conditioning in the event center stopped doing what it’s supposed to. I have been there several times and each time it seems to be hotter than before! I don’t know what the issue is, but there is going to have to be something done about it before this kids’ event or I am not going to be able to run it. I don’t do very well whenever I am stuck indoors without any air conditioning. I have had to work in our event center without air conditioning before and it was a really terrible experience. Since it’s still the middle of the summer, there is no way that I am going to go there to work all day to run the event without having a working air conditioning. I will end up with a heat induced headache in no time at all, that’s for sure. I want to have the event, of course. I have been planning it for months now. But what I didn’t plan on was having our commercial air conditioning system break down on us right before the date of the event. Hopefully they are going to be able to get it fixed!
