I have been an HVAC technician for almost a decade, and last month while catching up with my sister on the phone, she told me that I was her idol and looked up to me. She was amazed at how efficient and organized we were. She went through the board to see appointments for the day, including installing an air purification system. She also read the home service manual, which contained things she had learned at school, such as tips to maintain the optimal function of an air purification device to increase and maintain indoor air quality.
