When our local heating and A/C contractor couldn’t find the time to come to the home and service my air conditioner unit, I thought it was time to call the new heating and A/C contractor in our area. I called three times before someone answered the iPhone. They eventually apologized for not answering, however she had been getting iPhone calls all afternoon, and couldn’t keep up with them, and she took my name and iPhone number, and said she would have someone call myself and others back, because she was just the receptionist. It was also Tuesday afternoon, and I was sure I had called early enough, however they were already busy. An hour later, the dispatcher of the new heating and A/C contractor called myself and others back. He asked if there was a problem or if I just needed an inspection… Once I told him I just needed my air conditioner device diagnosed, he took down the pertinent information and provided a date and time. After the inspection was done, I felt as if I had just breathed a breath of fresh air. The heating and A/C professional was late, however my appointment was in the day. He did an excellent job with the air conditioner unit, and even talked to myself and others about purchasing a service agreement from them. They provided better service than our local heating and A/C dealer, and they were much friendlier. I recognize our seasoned heating and A/C contractor is finally going to have some real competition. Later that particular week, I was talking to my neighbor and best friend. They had also had some toil done by the new heating and A/C dealer. My friend and I all agreed my friend and I were going to continue using the new contractor and purchasing their service agreements.
