My parents moved in & my friend and I needed modern Heating & Air Conditioning.
Dad had a extreme heart attack last year, that left him bedridden for almost three months, mom wasn’t doing too well with her arthritis, however i talked to my fiance to see if my friend and I could help them.
My friend and I had a small apartment in the basement & gave to let them transfer in.
They had a kitchenette, residing area, private bathroom, & a dining room. The only thing my friend and I needed was a modern Heating & Air Conditioning system down there. My friend and I knew my friend and I needed a modern basement Heating & Air Conditioning system, but my friend and I expected no one to transfer into the basement, so it wasn’t a priority, but now, my friend and I are pushing to get Heating & Air Conditioning into the basement before my parents transfer in. They sold their house, & gave us half the currency to install the Heating & Air Conditioning system & do any updates my friend and I needed. I knew some of the currency was as a thank you for letting them transfer in with us, however I said nothing. My friend and I discussed the modern Heating & Air Conditioning with mom & dad, but they said it was our house, & our decision. I wanted them to feel like it was now their home, so my friend and I made all decisions with them, then when dad mentioned ductless Heating & Air Conditioning, I was a bit surprised. I didn’t think he knew unquestionably much about ductless Heating & Air Conditioning, but obviously he & mom had been discussing it for a couple of years, then he told us how efficient the ductless Heating & Air Conditioning would be, & how it would not take up much room in the apartment. When he showed us the mini split Heating & Air Conditioning system they had discussed, I got interested. It was exactly what my friend and I needed in the basement apartment.
