There was an apartment in the attic, but no Heating & Air Conditioning.
It surprised me when I was going through our soon-to-be modern home.
There was a small apartment in the attic that had its own entrance, but no Heating & Air Conditioning.
I was sure it was going to be harshly sizzling up there in the summer, & frigid in the winter. There was no insulation in the walls or the ceiling. My child was eighteen & still lived at home, & my friend and I thought it would deliver her some privacy, but still deliver her family if she needed anything. The first thing my friend and I planned to do when my friend and I took possession of the house, was install insulation in the attic apartment, & add an Heating & Air Conditioning system. My friend and I talked to the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation about expanding the air duct for the main Heating & Air Conditioning system, although he said that would take away from the heating & a/c in the main part of the house. He then recommended my friend and I try a mini split Heating & Air Conditioning system in the attic. It was a small enough part that my friend and I would only need one unit. It would heat & cool the entire upstairs, & it would only take a small Heating & Air Conditioning/light kits for the bathroom, however she loved knowing she had a dining room, bathroom, & small standing area, plus a private entrance. She gave to help us pay for the Heating & Air Conditioning system as long as my friend and I didn’t interfere if she had corporation. The least my friend and I could do was deliver her privacy, but my friend and I told her there would be no overnight male guests. She rolled her eyeah then smiled & said there may be no help with the Heating & Air Conditioning system. I was hoping she was kidding.
