Ben alias Dexter was everything Dexter was in the cartoon but with a little less finesse.
Dexter loves taking things apart till today, but at least now he knows what he is doing. I remember one day, mother came home a little earlier than usual and found that Ben had taken apart the whole-home air purification unit. The air purification system was barely a year old, and he dropped the air filter he was holding when he saw our mother. After the stern warning our mother had given him about the smart HVAC; Nancy did not think it possible that he would ever touch any HVAC equipment in that home. Nancy, our mother, was so cross that she did not even talk to him; she just called the HVAC technician to fix it. From that day, two things happened; Nancy never complained about Dexter taking things apart. She accepted that it was his curious nature; instead, she bought him a book about the mechanics of general parts. Dexter, on the other hand, made sure that everything he took apart he would ensure that he would put it back correctly or leave it better. Years later, Ben is an HVAC professional who owns his home service company. Dexter’s specialties include duct cleaning, air purification, and air quality-related equipment. Dexter ensured that our mother had the best HVAC with the best air purification help. Our mother is so proud of Ben and was glad that instead of shutting him down, she took a step to encourage him in the right direction. Her home has the best indoor air quality in the neighborhood.
