We wanted to try a whole home air purification system
The odor of burned food was everywhere! We could not get rid of the smoke in the kitchen, plus even after opening all the windows, the smell still lingered.
The air quality had gone from average to poor. We tried cranking up the smart HVAC but received a little reprieve. The HVAC unit ought to have been enough to get us out of our sticky situation, but no such thing happened. We desperately needed a solution because we had friends over for dinner! I had burned the dinner, and smoke or the odor of it was not something one would want to experience while at dinner. It would be uncomfortable and even make some lose their appetite. I searched for quick DIY fixes with the hopes of getting a solution. We had already done most of them, the only other thing we had yet to try was using a whole-home air purification unit. We had never had an air purification proposal to improve indoor air quality because we had never had a significant issue with it. It was still early morning, and I wanted to finish baking the dessert so it could cool and be ready to eat by dinner time, but since buying an air purification gadget was not an option, we called for home service. The HVAC supplier came an hour later and undertook service on the HVAC unit so that its air purification help would work better. The HVAC professional also cleaned the air filter. He also did duct cleaning so that the two of us could get the desired results, then by dinner time, the air was fresh and crispy, and one would not have guessed that the new home smelled like burned sirloin steak just a few hours before.
