Landlord concerns
I have lived in the same condo building for about five years now, my neighbors have been the same the whole time I have lived here as well, and however, two weeks ago my pal and I got a new neighbor.
She seemed nice at first, but now she is proving to be a real jerk.
She is always complaining that the heating & cooling system isn’t satisfactory enough for her standards. She calls the condo owner everyday to complain that she want a new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system in her apartment, but our condo owner is a nice girl & she comes out every time there is a complaint. However, this is getting a little bit out of hand! My new buddy decided she was going to go out & purchase many window air conditioning units, however i don’t absolutely care what she does, but this has been causing major power outages in the building & all the people is being affected because she doesn’t like the way the heating & cooling system works. I have been in her condo myself to see what she is talking about & to be even-handed I guess her air conditioning system works better than mine does, I can’t know she is trying to sucker money out of our sweet condo owner. I tried to reason with him so she would stop running all her window air conditioning system units at the same time, I am just absolutely tired of all the power outages. I just want to be able to watch TV separate from the TV splitting off because the power is out, but at this point I will just buy him a new air conditioning unit.
