Landlord problems
I have lived in the same dwelling building for about five years now, my neighbors have been the same the whole time I have lived here as well; However, two weeks ago we got a modern neighbor. He seemed nice at first, however now he is proving to be a real jerk. He is always complaining that the heating plus cooling system isn’t satisfactory enough for his standards. He calls the landlord everyday to complain that he want a modern Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system in his apartment, however our landlord is a nice guy plus he comes out every time there is a complaint. However, this is getting a little bit out of hand… My modern friend decided he was going to go out plus purchase many window air conditioning units; I don’t very care what he does, however this has been causing major power outages in the building plus most people is being affected because he doesn’t like the way the heating plus cooling system works. I have been in his dwelling myself to see what he is talking about plus to be honorableI suppose his air conditioning works better than mine does, I can’t believe he is trying to sucker money out of our sweet landlord. I tried to reason with him so he would stop running all his window air conditioning units at the same time, I am just very exhausted of all the power outages. I just want to be able to watch TV separate from the TV splitting off because the power is out; At this point I will just buy him a modern air conditioning unit.
