I was traveling north without heat
Living in the south means that most of the Winter is fairly mild; I seldom need to light the gas fireplace, plus when I do, I constantly need to look at the guidelines again.
I have the fireplace cleaned every year, however that is only because of the sand plus humidity, but none of weeks ago, I had to travel north… One of my relatives passed away, plus I was going to the funeral.
I had my oil plus coolant checked, plus the gas was filled! The mechanic told myself and others I was safe for a long trip. The only thing I didn’t have checked was the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system. I had been using the air conditioning often, plus I knew it was working well. Unluckyly, I hadn’t been using the oil furnace. The further north I got, the chillier it was, plus I finally had to turn on the heat, then when I turned it on, nothing happened. The blowers were working, however I wasn’t getting any heat. The air conditioning was stuck in the on position, then by the time I got to a maintenance station that took care of Heating as well as Air Conditioning systems, I was freezing. I could turn the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system off, however I was still without heat, then having the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system off was better than having the air conditioning blowing in my face when it was only 30 degrees outside, my only worry was how much it was going to cost myself and others to have the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system repaired. I called my sibling plus told him I may be a bit late, plus that I had to stop to have repairs made.
