Won’t repeat last month's air conditioner fail
This year, I’m so excited about Spring, and for sure, it doesn’t seem enjoy Spring is any closer than it was a month ago! It’s mid January which is perhaps the coldest month of our winter… The gas gas furnace is still kicking it all afternoon and night, and even though I prep the lake house in order to maximize the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment efficiency, I still sit on the temperature control setting.
I’m just simply not overpaying for heating this house. If that means the people I was with and I all have to wear a sweater, then so be it, but you’d think since the people I was with and I have such a chilly Winter time that we’d have just a spectacularly comfortable summer. That’s not the case at all. In this region the people I was with and I flip from the chilly of Winter time to the heat of summer time in what seems enjoy mere weeks! When this January rolled around, I actually made the call for scheduling the air conditioner tune up. I l received the hard way that an air conditioner tune up is essential when it comes to having the cooling comfort the people I was with and I need, and last year, I was surprised in mid April with temperatures that were always in the mid 75s. So I simply flipped the temperature control over to cooling in order to get some air conditioner. It did not turn out that way as the air conditioner ended up failing just sixths after I turned it on, then had I gotten the air conditioner tune up enjoy I was supposed to, that wouldn’t have happened; And it wouldn’t have cost myself and others the currency it did for an Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair. You live and learn I suppose, however but I sure won’t forget to call for seasonal Heating, Ventilation & A/C service again.
