AC rental
This past weekend my husband and I finally closed on our new home.
We have been in negotiations for a while, but we have finally come to an agreement with the owner of the home.
We are going to move in in three days and there is a lot of work that needs to happen prior to this. We need to have the painters come out and give us a quote to paint the outside of our new home. We need to have the pest control company come out and spray the house. However, the most important thing we need to have done is have a local heating and cooling company come out and replace the current HVAC system in the home. We need to have the HVAC system completely remodeled before our move in but I seriously doubt that is going to happen in three days. I really wanted to have all the heating and cooling units up and running before we moved in but I don’t think that is going to be the case. I am going to ask the local HVAC company if they can instal a portable window air conditioning unit in our new house so that we won’t be completely without heating and cooling. I don’t know if the HVAC company we are using offers these services, but it can’t hurt to ask. I have an appointment set with the HVAC company this week so hopefully they have good news about the HVAC system to share with me. If not I am not going to be a happy camper.
