Won’t repeat last year’s air conditioning system fail
This year, I’m so happy about Spring, but for sure, it doesn’t seem like Spring is any closer than it was a month ago… It’s mid December which is perhaps the coldest month of our winter, and the gas oil furnace is still kicking it all afternoon plus night! Even though I prep the home in order to maximize the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C component efficiency, I still kneel on the thermostat setting.
I’m just simply not overpaying for heating this house.
If that means the people I was with and I all have to wear a sweater, then so be it, however you’d suppose since the people I was with and I have such a cold Winter that we would have just a spectacularly comfortable summer. That’s not the case at all. In this region the people I was with and I flip from the cold of Winter to the heat of Summer in what seems like mere weeks, then when this December rolled around, I legitimately made the call for scheduling the air conditioning system tune up. I l acquired the hard way that an air conditioning system tune up is essential when it comes to having the cooling comfort the people I was with and I need… Last year, I was surprised in mid May with un-even temperatures that were always in the mid 80s… So I simply flipped the thermostat over to cooling in order to get some air conditioning system. It did not turn out that way as the air conditioning system ended up failing just hours after I turned it on, however had I gotten the air conditioning system tune up like I was supposed to, that would not have happened! And it would not have cost myself and others the currency it did for an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C repair. You live plus learn I suppose, but I sure won’t forget to call for seasonal Heating, Ventilation plus A/C maintenance again.
