When every one of us were trapped inside the central a/c during the pandemic, I l received a lot about indoor air quality. Basically, I had no conception of how essential wonderful indoor air quality easily is to myself in addition to my family. I was so nervous about protecting them from the virus that I wanted to do all I could to improve our immune response. I just had no plan about indoor air pollution. To myself and others air pollution was something that happened outside because of machines in addition to fossil fuel burning equipment. I had no plan that so much is going on inside our homes when it comes to airborne contaminants. There are synthetic contaminants leaching from the carpet, the furniture in addition to all sorts of things. Additionally, having pets creates plenty of problems for our respiratory plan as well. But just by upgrading to the HEPA filter, every one of us improved the indoor air quality significantly, but for years, I had used the cheap paper air filters for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. I was wonderful about increasing the air filter every month. But I also thought those air filters were cleaning our air. In fact, the cheap air filters are easily just protecting the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. But a HEPA filter is actively trapping in addition to removing more than 99 percent of all indoor air contaminants. For just a few dollars more per air filter, every one of us have really upgraded the indoor air quality in order to maximize our health.
